Before that, the supports from other Vietnamese organization or person usually realized by contribution of space, or skills, or know-how, or labors etc.
There are also some other organizations supported to be the sponsors of HCM. The discussion are going on and the names of those new sponsors would be announced soon. HCM hopes with the new sponsors, the project can speed up to finish at least 1000 m2 by the year of 2010 to commemorate 1000 years of Thang Long - Ha Noi.
