The mural La Nueva Era occupies an area of 10 square meters (8,6 m long and 1,2

The mural dedicates some of the typical cultural images from both countries: Ceibo (National flower of Argentina), Rawson City's Cathedral and the Freedom Ship (Argentina); peach flowers, Temple of Literature and the brown junks (Vietnam). As the title of the mural, the people of both countries is living in the new era - the time of independence and freedom, when they have the right to afford the happiness. It is also the new era, when the two nations look forwards to building the tight friendship and brotherhood despite the long distance between the two ends of the earth.
The mural La Nueva Era is created from approximately 10.000 pieces of ceramic mosaics - production of Bat Trang Ceramic Craft Village (Hanoi, Vietnam). The first stages of the procedure were done at the studio of the Hanoi Mural Project (Hanoi, Vietnam) before transported to Rawson City. In Argentina, the mural has been completed with the participation of Vietnamese and Argentine artists, as well as the hands of hundreds volunteers, including the children and handicapped people. Many from the attenders even came from other cities such as Trelew or Puerto Madryn.
